This website is operated by REALCHOICE CARE LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. Care services are provided only under a separate written agreement with each client, and employment is governed by separate hiring documents. Nothing on this website forms either agreement.

Requests and information on this site

Sending a request, question, or referral does not confirm pricing, staffing, a caregiver, or a start date. We confirm those with you directly. Website information is a general description of our non-medical services and may change.

Do not use this website for emergencies. Our forms are reviewed during office hours. In an emergency, call 911.

Caregiver profiles

Caregiver profiles are shown with each caregiver’s consent. Saving or mentioning a caregiver is a preference only. Every assignment is confirmed by our agency.

Applicant accounts

If you create an applicant account, keep your password private and give accurate information. You may not use another person’s identity. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending automated or false submissions, trying to access areas you are not authorized to use, or interfering with its security.

Content

The text, design, and images on this website belong to RealChoice Care or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use.
