Accessibility Statement

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

• Every page and form can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
• Form fields have labels, and errors are explained in text next to the field.
• Moving images on the home page can be paused, and motion is reduced or removed if your device asks for reduced motion.
• Text and buttons are designed to meet contrast guidelines and remain usable when text is enlarged.
• We test pages with automated accessibility checks and by hand at different screen sizes.

Known limitations

• The two-tone RealChoice Care logo is a logotype and is not intended to meet text contrast guidelines; the company name also appears in text.
• PDF copies of signed hiring documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. If you need a document in another format, ask us and we will help.
